NOVA HOME accepts product returns within a 7-day period. To return a product, it must be presented at the showroom in its original, undamaged, unused packaging, accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and the purchase invoice.
The refund only covers the product price, not shipping costs. Damaged, used, or soiled returned products cannot be accepted by NOVA HOME, and in such cases, no refund will be issued.
