1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees depend on the weight and size of the product. For bulk orders, you can discuss the fee with our online operators before finalizing the order.

Orders are delivered to your address within 24-48 hours, depending on your city.

In case of product returns due to customer preference (not due to defect or order error), the shipping costs for the return are covered by the customer.

NOVA HOME delivers orders throughout Albania. In some remote areas, delivery time may vary, and our staff will inform you in advance.

2. Payment

Payment can be made directly to NOVA HOME's bank accounts in LEK, EURO, DOLLAR currencies. Information on bank accounts can be obtained from our customer service staff.

NOVA HOME offers installment purchases for products up to 500,000 Lek with up to 48 installments, as well as 0% interest installments for up to 6 months.

3. Product Warranty

Every product purchased from NOVA HOME may have different warranties, which are specified on the product page.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage from misuse or accidental damage.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for products not on offer.

For returns, the product must be delivered to the showroom in its original, undamaged, and unused packaging, along with all accessories and the purchase invoice.

Refunds include only the product price and not shipping costs.

Damaged, used, or dirty products are not accepted for refund.

Products purchased in the Outlet section cannot be returned.

5. Offers and Promo Codes

Offers and discounts are valid only for products that are not part of promotions or the outlet section.

The use of promotional codes is limited to one user per time and cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise specified.
